You know what's great? Getting an unsolicited SEO pitch from someone that "was surfing your website" and wanted to point out a few problems. Case in point: today's bad SEO pitch from "Sandy." Sandy says his/her company found that our site wasn't raking for any of the keywords pertaining to our domain.
