So it turns out Invincible is also set in the same world as the original black-and-white Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. I did not know that before, and do not know what to do with this information. Did you know the original TMNT comics were as hyperviolent as Invincible? Like one of the turtles lost an eye at one point, and they had blood and guts everywhere in things. They literally just got a Saturday morning kids cartoon that blew up, but apparently the original violent series kept going a good solid thirty years of continuity and storylines from 1985 to 2015.

I genuinely did not know actually ⊂•⊃_⊂•⊃ I always thought TMNT was always for kids. I mean I expected some level of violence for obvious reasons but hyper violence in comparison to Invincible? Damn. So what if... Invincible and the TMNT group got together and fought? :O

Okay had this odd thought idk if you’ve seen the new mortal kombat movie but here me out what if Mark and the teenteam defeated enemies with the marking of being chosen for mortal kombat and they meet the other chosen ones which one so happens to be the daughter or Liu kang and Kitanna aka reader and she and mark are love interests shes besties with Cassie and Jacqui, I haven’t thought of everything yet but just a thought I had🙃

The Mortal Kombat movie was honestly not too shabby despite what people said. The delivery of lines could have been done a bit better, but overall for face value, it was good.

Holy shit being Liu Kang and Kitana's daughter would be so badass! Plus you'd be friends with Jacqui Briggs and Cassie Cage?? I just know that Rex would be all over the MK girls let's be honest. Kate and Eve would dig them too, I mean more badass girl power in the room? Yes!

Mark though? Mark would be a speechless, stuttering mess because, woah, she did that? when you take down someone twice your size. What's even better is the MK girls accidentally fighting Mark and the Teen Team because they mistook them for enemies. Lowkey enemy-to-lovers (like a dash of it). He would probably say something cheesy and obvious but instead of being annoyed, you would probably retaliate with, "Your name is... Invincible? Isn't that a little cheesy?"

Um if your willing to share what ingredients do you usually use in your sundubu jjigae or what do you recommend using in it b/c in all honesty it sound really good and I really want to partake in new foods from different cultures/ethnic backgrounds :3

Hello Mousy! Yes I would love to. I would like to preface that I am the type of chef who does something according to a recipe once and eyeballs the ingredients anytime after that. If you ever make it/try it, let me know what you think/tell me how it goes :D

With sundubu jjigae, there are a few ways to make it and different ingredients call for a different name. Ex. If you use seafood, people typically call it, "Haemal Sundubu Jjigae."

I personally prefer a vegetable broth base with sliced pork belly as my protein add-in and seafood or enoki mushrooms, but I am also not a fan of touching raw meat so if I cook for myself, I generally go with vegetarian/vegan options. The soft tofu is an obvious must!! If I'm particularly hungry, I'll add in some Korean rice cakes or frozen fish cakes. I almost always top off my soups/stews with an egg beaten in.

! My tip is to do the tofu at the very end (perhaps before you turn off the heat), roughly around the time one would mix in an egg* since you don't want to overcook either of those ingredients and because mixing the soft tofu will break it up and you'll have less structured pieces to enjoy in your stew.

*If you want to whisk in an egg, do it before the tofu so you don't whisk your tofu!

! Depending on what your spice tolerance is, feel free to add in small amounts of the gochujang as you make your stew and taste as you go. Or save some broth base to dilute in case it's too much for you to handle. (I sometimes add too much in the first go, I've hurt my boyfriend before :3)

Hello Mousy! Yes I do, in fact, I’m almost done with one. It’s a Jason Todd x Clairvoyant!Reader piece. I’m adding the finishing touches but I highly recommend you check out “Lunar Bridges” by @octalove while you wait. It’s the concept piece I’m adapting to my own oneshot.

Your eyes shifted down the corridor to where Beatrice resided in apartment 200 before returning to Jason and then down at the knife in his hands, “Are you going to kill me?” 

Jason upturned his hand, “With a butter knife?” 

“With any knife you might own, or maybe yeah, with that butter knife. I-I don’t know what ghosts are capable of,” you shrugged. 

An exasperated sigh escaped Jason as his free hand came up to pinch the bridge of his nose, “Either get in or go back to your apartment. It’s too early for me to debate with you in a corridor with paper-thin walls.”

Damian has had enough. 

His eyes burned holes into the ground as he fought the urge to stab himself in the stomach with his sword. His initial thought was to plunge the sword into the cause of annoyance, but he had been entrusted to supervise the child. 

After a series of messes and a lot of running on the furniture and knocking things over, Damian was ready to knock the child out cold. Alfred was out running some non-deliverable errands and somehow, someone had talked him into babysitting the child of one Bruce’s employees. 

How did that topic come about in any given conversation? That still didn’t register in Damian’s mind. 

“Don’t. You. Dare,” Damian seethed as the child smirked in response. 

The child poked the alarm button, setting off a shrill sound to echo through the mansion. Damian lunged at the kid, but they had slipped into the family room, leaving Damian to punch in the code for the alarm. 

Damian breathed out a sigh of relief from the noise, before glaring at the child standing on the couch, “I used to be passive aggressive, but now I’m aggressively passive. Don’t mess with me kiddo. I’ll be right here. I’ll fucking forgive you.” 

The child gasped at Damian’s crude language, “I’m telling my mommy you said a bad word!” 

“Yeah, you go tell her,” Damian rolled his eyes. 

Not like I wanted to see you ever again…
