Elemental Powers in Nowhere Boys (19/26) // Luke Hamill (1/3)
Okay so Heath held Nicco's hand in the final and I couldn't contain myself.
One of my favourite scenes tbh.
@katmor4nowhere I also wonder what Nicco’s sister Kayla will think too. She has a crush on him. I think we can assume if there is a season 4 then we’ll have even more sister drama.
@bellarkedinosaur I actually like the ship but it was kind of obvious though. They’re always nattering at each other and she’s the ‘good girl’ with straight A’s and he’s the 'bad boy’ trouble maker. It's a bit cliche but it's still my favourite NB ship right now.
These are replies to my Hicco ship post.
Also the new trailer shows Luke telling Peta she has a pretty smile. I like the idea of Peta and Luke together.
Okay, so I know that I don’t usually write reviews after watching Nowhere Boys episodes but I’m going to be talking about the trailer for next week’s episode (s03e06)
Okay, so this might be completely obvious to everyone else and I might be obnoxiously thinking that I’ve cracked the Da Vinci Code or something but these are my thoughts about the next time trailer. Okay, so the spell that they did is not the ‘dimensional return spell’; that would explain why the page in Felix’s book of shadows was ripped out. He had the real spell, and the spell they used from the other book was a plant. The spell was for, wait for it, their heart’s desire which were: Nicco=winning the trophy, Heath=Brooklyn, Luke=a stable home, Jesse=to get into the performing program, and Ben=his grandad. Jesse’s musical seems like a huge success, which should secure him a place where he’s sending his form to. (I like the mention of the pawpaw ointment on the poster.) Luke’s parents are going to renovate, which isn’t something people who move around a lot do. It seems that Luke is going to stay in one place, just like his heart’s desire... Heath kissing Brooklyn and it seems like they went on a date (Also Nicco looking at them kissing and looking upset. I knew Hicco was a thing, too obvious with their nattering) Ben seemed to get his grandad back but it’s probably the demon again, especially after he set the book he had on fire. We didn’t see Nicco get her heart’s desire though, she even got kicked off the team according to the advert. Also Jesse jumping into that pool, can we see some elemental abilities soon please?
Now this post could be considered spoilers for Nowhere Boys Season 3. It’s not about the plot but about the characters, so keep reading if you want to.
I am so keen to find out what happened between Nicco and Jesse in upcoming episodes because there are quite a few things that make me think that they were really close friends in the past: - Nicco knew which house was Jesse’s and Jesse knew Nicco’s house as well. - Nicco asked Jesse about Quinn, but he didn’t mention her name, so she knew it before hand
- When Nicco got upset at the school, Jesse knew that she hiding in her usual cubicle in the toilets. - When Jesse says “it’s showtime” Nicco questions why he “always does that” but he hasn’t done it before on the show... so they’ve been somewhere before where he has done that, but he could have just been doing that in the hallway. - When they were all around the bonfire, Nicco had her head on Jesse’s lap, not something acquaintances would do.
- Jesse also talked about Nicco’s personality as if they were really close once.
- And I have seen a video of the two dressed up and dancing together and again, not something acquaintances would do.
I really want to know, if I’m right about the whole friendship thing, what caused it’s breakdown because they are definitely not as close as they were.
Also the new episodes of Nowhere Boys were AMAZING! Give it a try if you’re still a bit iffed about the new cast because they do a really good job.
