Why I Run.
Several Years ago I was diagnosed with GAD. At the time I had a lot of difficulty managing it, and often felt confined to home. General Anxiety Disorder isn’t to be confused with the anxiety one normally feels as a result of stress. GAD is a disorder where chronic or acute anxiety impairs daily function.
I personally meditate, exercise(RUN!) and take Nuphorin for when I have panic attacks.
All in all though, I’ve found running helps a tonne when it comes to general anxiety. You really only want to take something for when you can’t cope.
