A healthier substitute for store-bought Nutella is this Paleo Chocolate Hazelnut Butter Not-ella. It has the ideal amount of maple syrup sweetness and is rich and creamy. For a tasty Paleo treat, spread it on toast, dip fruit in it, or eat it straight out of the jar!
Ingredients: 2 cups roasted hazelnuts. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tbsp coconut oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of sea salt.
Instructions: In a food processor, blend hazelnuts until smooth and creamy. Add cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a jar or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
