These French Toast Roll-Ups are a delightful twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich. They are stuffed with your choice of jam or Nutella, then coated in a sweet egg mixture and cooked to golden perfection. Perfect for breakfast or a tasty snack!
Ingredients: 8 slices of bread. 2 eggs. 2 tablespoons of milk. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 8 teaspoons of your favorite jam or Nutella. Butter for cooking. Powdered sugar for dusting. Maple syrup optional.
Instructions: Take off the crusts from the bread slices. Put the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl and mix them together with a whisk. Spread out each piece of bread with a rolling pin. Put a teaspoon of Nutella or jam on each flattened bread slice. Start at one end and roll the bread up tight. Put the pan or griddle over medium-low heat and melt the butter in it. Making sure each roll-up is well covered, dip it in the egg mixture. Put the roll-ups in the pan or griddle seam-side down. For about two to three minutes on each side, cook until golden brown on all sides. Take them out of the pan and let them cool down a bit. If you want, you can serve it with maple syrup and powdered sugar.

Savor the smooth, two-ingredient chocolate ganache frosting atop this simple-to-make Nutella cake to indulge in the rich, creamy goodness of Nutella. A chocolate lover's paradise, indeed!
Ingredients: 1 cup Nutella. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 cup milk. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and grease an 8-inch round cake pan. Put two large eggs and one cup of Nutella in a mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. To the Nutella mixture, add 1/2 cup all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Blend the batter until it's smooth. Add 1/4 cup of milk and stir until well combined. After filling the cake pan, level the top with the batter. If a toothpick is inserted into the center, it should come out clean after 25 to 30 minutes of baking in a preheated oven. After taking the cake out of the oven, allow it to cool for ten minutes or so in the pan. After that, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling. Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream in a saucepan until it just starts to boil for the two-ingredient frosting. Transfer half a cup of semisweet chocolate chips to a heat-resistant bowl and cover them with the heated cream. Once the chocolate has melted completely and the mixture is smooth, give it a minute to sit before stirring again. Give the chocolate ganache frosting ten to fifteen minutes to cool and thicken. After the cake cools, cover the top with the chocolate ganache, letting some drip down the sides. To help the frosting set, decorate the cake as you like, then place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Cut, present, and savor your delectable Nutella cake with only two ingredients for frosting!

With these Nutella-filled chocolate chocolate chip cookies, you'll have the ultimate chocolate cookie experience! The combination of rich cocoa flavor and gooey Nutella creates an irresistible treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 3/4 cup packed brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Nutella, for filling.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl and cream them together until they are light and fluffy. Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step. Mix the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and flour together in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Take a tablespoon of cookie dough and press it down in your palm. Put a small amount of Nutella in the middle of the dough, then fold the edges over to cover the Nutella. Make a ball. Don't put them all on the baking sheet at once; leave some space between each one. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little soft. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. Enjoy these tasty chocolate chip cookies filled with Nutella!
