To my defense, I had just turned 8 when #NuttyProfessor2 came out so I didn’t fully understand the complexities of falling in love and loving someone unconditionally the way that I do now. This is one of the sweetest songs ever and it makes me tear up whenever I hear it, because whoever wrote it did so with so much love or with a true love in mind and I can feel it. I want someone to feel this way about me. Also, I just love how the song was a perfect fit for the theme of the movie.
