These Nutella Oatmeal Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies are a delightful treat that combines the rich flavor of Nutella with the wholesome goodness of oatmeal and the crunch of pecans. They're perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 cup Nutella. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup old-fashioned oats. 1 cup chopped pecans. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the Nutella, softened butter, and granulated sugar until well combined and creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and continue to mix until fully incorporated. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Stir in the old-fashioned oats, chopped pecans, and semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the cookie dough. Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are slightly soft. Be careful not to overbake. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your Nutella Oatmeal Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies with a glass of milk or your favorite beverage!
