Dude, als ze je niet leren hoe je dingen moet doen terwijl ze je wel vertellen dat je het fout doet, vraag hoe ze willen dat je het wél doet. Stagewerk is een symbiotische relatie. Jij doet dingen in opdracht van iemand anders en in ruil krijg je geld/kennis. Je bent geen fucking loonslaaf die burgers flipt voor een paar centen per uur. Het is hun job om jou te leren jouw job te doen, of niet soms?

Ja, I know. Maar steeds als we een opdracht aan het overlopen zijn, lopen collega’s binnen met duizend en één vragen voor mijn stagebegeleiders. Mijn stageleiders zijn ook plots om beurten ziek, waardoor het nogal hectisch is en ze weinig tijd hebben om me te begeleiden. Het is ook nog maar de tweede week.

En misschien zoek ik ook excuses om mezelf er beter bij te voelen.

Toch bedankt voor de steun. Het voelt fijn om te weten dat ik niet de enige ben die er zo over denkt….

(Stages tijdens de opleiding worden in België niet betaald, btw. Misschien is dat in Nederland anders? Idk?)

He mostly plays the lute, but also plays flute, pan flute, lyre, and viol. If I knew enough about music to be able to describe what his music is like, I would. But alas I cannot. :’)

Things I’m currently in love with

One song: have you ever heard how much I hate techno? So there, check this out: “Technologic” by Draft Punk.

Two movies: Ohh, it’s been a while since I’ve watched any films, actually. Let it be “Romans 12:20” (short film) and “Babadook”, as this is one of the best horror films to be made in the last decade.

Three series: “Star Trek”, obviously. “Jeeves and Wooster” - I will love that one forever. Uuuuuh, I don’t watch much series, so insert yours?

Four people: @coconutmilkyway​ because, well, look at that art, okay? kay. @wytchitoby​ of course. One person from my lady’s job, because he is an adorable little D&D virgin. @thetillys​ because artsy people and roleplayers, and gosh I hope for the best with your work there, mate!

Five foods: before I start, I want to note: I’m not a vegan, okay? I just don’t like meat that much. Especially bird meat. So-o-o. Spinach, usually steamed. My eternal love is steamed eggplants with some lemon. Vegetable lasagna for no particular reason. I’m in love with ramen these days, good think I don’t have a waistline to keep manpowah. And apples. God forbid you touch my apples.
