I wanted to draw him with my oc Rivoli. For context: Rivoli likes making things from scratch, it's more of an obsession of not having anyone to hang out with so they made a hat for Sir Chas Chas (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠)
