The lady that is talking to Vice here is the boss of the "Blue Kennel" a.k.a Vice's, and everyone else shown here, boss. As I mention before her name is Versa.

The red spike ball in the bg in the 1st part is a young man named Fennek, he's the youngest worker at the Blue Kennel

The cat lady next to Lucylle in the last part, has no name yet but is a close friend of Lucylle and kind of the "older sister" among the workers at the Blue Kennel

No, members on kitchen duty do not need to be shirtless when cooking, Vice just accepted her boss' half-joking suggestion to do so

Lucylle Astrehold is an infamous sorceress known for her mastery in ergokinesis making her one of the few most powerful mages in the entire region of Draccnord. Despite her popularity, she’s rarely seen by the public as she spends most of her time in her personal library at the Blue Kennel – and when she’s out in the public, she interacts with no one besides her clients and coworkers. If she’s not busy with work, she spends her time researching ancient magic, desperately looking for a way to bring back a loved one she lost over 6 decades ago. Sadly she has yet to make any progress and instead somehow freed a dangerous woman into Draccnord, making her life more complicated than it already is.

What’s worst is that her boss, Versa, hired this woman and provided her a room at the Blue Kennel, the same place Lucylle currently resides… [to be continued . . .]
