Sofa Shenanigans
Notes: I've been on a Resident Evil hyperfixation for the past... 2 months or so. So much that I made an original character who I then ship with Leon :) This fic is set post-RE4. I wrote this on a whim but decided, why not! May as well post it here, enjoy! :D
(Art made using a base. But I did draw the hair + colour everything)
! This is a tickle fic ! If it's not your thing, don't read :)
"LEHEON pLEHEHEAhahase!" Mateo's legs fluttered and kicked as he lay face-up across his boyfriend's lap, who was currently clawing at his outstretched tummy. "STAHAHAP-"
"Hmm," Leon pretended to ponder, without stopping his fingers, "No I don't think I will."
The smaller's hands were frantically shoving at the other's own, to no avail. It wasn't like he really wanted it to stop anyway, and they both knew it.

Mateo’s stimboard, Naph’s co MC. Little faun child. Very soft cottagecore baby with so much anxiety and lots of strawberry vibes. Good at putting on a brave face and also good at keeping secrets. Darker ones than you might think.
The village he’s from picks people at random to send out once a month to the Naph’s pack to prevent raids and attacks and Mateo ends up being selected. Hoping to write their story over the summer, but don’t bet on it-
His color palette is mainly gold and light brown, teal with blue undertones, and pink.
Tiramisu Boy
i forgot i never posted this bust i drew of Mateo a couple weeks ago lol
when diego hargreeves is fourteen, he meets a boy who makes his heart pound in his chest and butterflies explode in his stomach.
his name is mateo, and diego thinks he’s beautiful.
diego saves him from a mugger on his way home from the park, and mateo doesn’t seem to mind the way the smaller boy stutters, only giving him a crooked, stunning grin and a thank you.
they run into each other again a week later when diego sneaks out of the academy to buy doughnuts for his siblings, and the scolding he gets from reginald for it doesn’t bother him - he would do it all again for five more minutes with mateo.
mateo drags diego to the library to watch videos of fights, and that’s how diego first learns how to box, laughing punches thrown on the street with this shining boy by his side.
diego’s never felt like this before.
he doesn’t mention it to anyone, never breathes a word, but he thinks that ben knows.
mateo sets his nerves on fire in an uncontrollable way that would usually have diego reaching for his knives, adrenaline and excitement coursing through his system, and if mateo’s smile was a drug, diego thinks that he would be like klaus and never stay sober.
their first kiss is tentative and slightly awkward, the roar of the city seeming to fade into a dull hum for as long as they’re pressed up against one another.
the second one is better, and the third is, too, but diego will never forget that first kiss.
they never get much farther than that, after all.
reginald catches diego on his way out of the house one day, drags the infuriated number two back to his room by the collar of his shirt, deaf to his rage.
diego’s locked away and left there, and it takes two days for him to stop crying.
by the time he’s let out of the house again, mateo is gone.
mom tries to make him feel better, offering comfort food and hugs, but none of it works.
diego changes, and not for the better.
there’s more anger in him after that, more spite. reginald can’t get him to follow orders like he did before, all demands and threats going unheeded.
his siblings never knew what exactly had happened, but they did know this:
they had already lost two brothers before ben died.
