I LOVE THEM ALREADY. Opposite bisexual twin Hawkes is an A++ concept, especially with one causing havoc and the other on damage-control.

Not the previous anon, but I have a couple of non-Dep OCs. My fave/main right now is from when I rewatched an Outlast 2 LP and thought “boy, what if one of the young women from Temple’s Gate escaped and received (actually good) care for her trauma, and her caregiver decided moving away from Arizona would help her recovery. So they move far away to start a new life in Montana to escape all the bad religious cult memories but *sad trumpet noises*”. idk it’s dumb but I liked the thematic parallels.

No, I legit love that idea! I am, honestly, a sucker for thematic parallels. I love it when someone gets out of a situation only to look around and go “welp, fuck, this is familiar.” And I really love the concept of someone who experienced a cult like Temple’s Gate going to Eden’s Gate because they’re similar in some ways but SO different?? Father Joseph is nothing like Papa Knoth in that Knoth wanted to kill the sinners and Joseph seems bound and goddamn determined to save them if he can?

“You have to love them, John.”

But at the end of the day, they both want to purge the world of sin. Knoth goes about it in a super fucked up way, but it’s the same sort of crazed message. And I love the idea of someone struggling to try and see those similarities and the differences and adjust while still knowing deep down this is bad, this is so bad.

mine’s a blue mage hawke who actually manages to successfully hide her magic through acts 1 and 2 because she has a lot of creative ways of masking it — like controlling the weather so that lightning magic won’t look out of place, or timing healing spells to take effect EXACTLY when people drink potions. people generally suspect that she’s a mage but have no way of actually confirming it until the arishok battle, where she goes all out in front of everyone

That is one of the most badass things I’ve ever heard. Hawke changing the entire fucking weather cycle around Kirkwall to make it look like the Maker himself is fucking striking down Hawke’s enemies with lightning??? Hawke literally brings a storm wherever she goes and imagine a sunny day growing real dark and cloudy when she’s about to fight someone (imagine the emotional toil of her enemies being like ??? what the fuck?? at the dark clouds forming overhead). This is absolutely incredible and I ADORE YOUR HAWKE.

P.S. Cullen watching the Arishok battle and finally getting his itching gut feeling confirmed: “I fucking knew it”

My Hawke is so silly. He's a blue mage. He's not very good at telling when people are playing him. If you ask him for help, he's say yes every single time. Doesn't matter if it's Anders or Cullen, he'll help *anyone* that asks him nicely. Or not nicely. He's upset when his bae Anders blows up the Chantry, but one look into those tearful eyes and he's like "sorry babe I was a little angry, but now I'm not." He gets in trouble simply by being too naïve for his own good. Smh, silly wonderful man.

Generous and helpful Hawkes are always among the best. He sounds like he’s got such a bleeding heart for anyone in need and that’s a really admirable trait to have! I’m glad he could get good with Anders, though judging by your lovely URL, I wouldn’t expect anything less :)

my hawke is a red hawke who is terse and stubborn and digs her heels in whenever she thinks she’s wrong, while also being a loud supporter of mage rights. she also has her whole identity wrapped around making up for the loss of her father/protecting her family, and she spends most of the game overcoming this and growing as a person. (and third, she’s ripped as hell. sun’s out guns out)

My Hawke is a bluepurple two handed warrior who supports his little sister and mages even if it kills him. He hit it off with Varric from the start and romances Merrill. He and Fenris may not agree on everything but train and talk a lot together when one of them can't sleep at night. He tries to win against Isabella in a drinking game again and again but Merill has to bring him home everytime together and Beth has to help. He and Anders can't stand each other somehow, i don't knoe how it happend

I adore the image of Merrill having to gently guide a really drunk Hawke home, like “come now, lethallin, your home is this way” and Bethany being like “oh dear, again?” Oh, and Isabela laughing because she always wins the drinking game. Always.

Even though your wonderful Hawke isn’t friends with everyone, he still seems like a hell of a good man and I am super interested in hearing more about him someday!

Her name is Jasmine Hawke and she’s a blue/red archer who visits the Black Emporium daily to change her hair color and style up 👀 she ends up romancing Merrill and was very close to Carver despite the rivalry points so she was like crying when he died. Bc her family is half mages she’s v pro mage but hates arguing so when asked what side she’s on she kinda NOPES out of there so she hardly brings Fenris and Anders along. Look she just wants to play lute and care for family free her from Kirkwall
