Ohh my god okok this may be a long post. putting it under a read more I have a lot of thoughts!! rambling and world building ahead..
So far all the information about these entities is very limited, due to the fact the population at large isn't aware of their existence. BUT there is a few who im just calling users for now. the protag for the story goes by integrity and its very key when dealing with these entities that you try and stay as anonymous as possible.
Anyway onto some entity rambling Most of them are completely harmless! just seen as glitches in videogames or any program, they try to stay hidden cause especially with the completely harmless ones they are able to easily be killed or erased, Take Chimera for example. he is a entity spawned in a abandoned zoo tycoon game he is completely harmless and feeds off the code in the game they were born in.
There are very few entities that can actually harm people in the physical world but the ones that can its key to try and avoid them as much as possible if you are aware of their existence. Now for some specific character ramblings especially the ones i've been thinking about a lot not all of them but if asked I will do more post for them all!
EXIT: Exit is a very mysterious entity, even our user Integrity doesn't know the full extent of her abilities. She is able to exit and enter the digital space whenever she desires and on the right conditions she can even bring other entities or beings in and out of the digital world. this is how Wolf ended up in the real world, she brought him here to be with us. The likelihood that Exit can harm people is very high but she hasn't shown aggression so she is rather harmless.
Cherub: Its unknown how she came into being. only that she is a main npc of a dating sim which happens to be the perfect place to hunt for her main source of food which is people. when a digital demon like her eats its slow, With her nervous system like body she can wrap around her prey paralyzing them and slowly digest them over the course of a few weeks. Im trying to make it as horrific as I can make in my brain cause this character story is primarily supposed to be horror. Cherub is unable to be contained cause despite being one entity the dating sim (which I have yet to name) has hundreds if not thousands of copies she can be in at any given time so instead she is being observed, carefully.
Stability: He is one of the few who is actually contained, stuck to living in our user Integrities computer, its like having a horrible roommate. he bothers them whenever given the chance and you basically have no privacy if you have a entity trapped in your computer. luckily Stability isn't malicious and just a bit annoying at best and will crash your computer at worst when upset or angry
Flytrap: she is currently the most dangerous entity integrity has found. unlike the others she wasn't born she was made, her creator is unknown and for all we know they may be dead, killed by their own creation. shes mad and angry and cant be found unless she wants you to find her, the current goal is to try and trap her in a usb drive but there hasn't been any luck so far trapping her. While a entity like Cherub kills to survive and is doing what it needs, Flytrap kills just for the hell of it and cause she is so so so angry.
