[ Mild Durge act 3 spoilers ]
My Durge Nanitic has had such a time today.
First he arrives in a city that he has called home for the most of his life. Of course he doesn't remember almost anything from his life back there. Then an old flame welcomes him home, calls him his favorite assassin, and offers to rule the world with him.
And it's first person he has met that remembers him, and remembers him with warmth.
And upon telling about him to his girlfriend, she says that she is not too eager to share, but could see a possibility of all three of them ruling the world together. And Nanitic is delighted. He loves Minthara so much.
He wakes up in the middle of the night to Minthara, covered in blood and gore and asking for help. And Nanitic is ofc ready to help, but then she tells him that she has killed Jaheira, and Nanitic needs to take a moment. Jaheira is a person that has lost a lot because of Nanitic (Isobel, the Last Light, her Harpers), but has not left his side. She has guarded his sleep when the Urges have gotten bad. And now Minthara says that she tried to kill her. And that as self defense she had no choice but to kill her. Minthara goes on about how they need to kill everyone in the camp, and Nanitic starts to smell something fishy.
Orin shed's her disguise only to tell that she has kidnapped Minthara (once again), and that she's looking forward to a good ol sibling fight. And Nanitic who just few nights ago even fully realized that he has a sister has to look as Orin dissapears, leaving the camp quiet.
And I think that Nanitic buries his fangs to his pillow and rips the feathers out like a rabid dog left alone.
