Constantine's darling is sent back in the past 100 years to before he was cursed.

They meet him by the pond as he's bathing after a day of labor. He practically jumps out naked to warn them that his aunt will kill them if they're discovered in her territory.

He then realizes that he's practically naked and tries to cover his body while profusely apologising. This version of him is a sweetheart with a sincerity that his future self seems to lack.

He's practically head over heels at first sight. Taking every chance he can to spend time with them. Puppy love.

His hair is shoulder length compared to his future versions that is to his knees, he has average weight while his future self is very thin to the point where his bones are visible. He also doesn't look tired.

I wonder what caused such a drastic change in him?

"It doesn't matter to me, I have all the time in the world to wait for you" those were Constantines last words to you before you had woken up.

Yet for days now he'd not shown up in your dreams despite how insistant he was for you to rescue him from his eternal slumber.

For hours you had waited tonight for sleep to claim you yet it had not. You squeezed your eyes tightly shut just hoping you would drift off.

However the very moment you felt your body loosen cold, boney hands cusped your face tightly. Deep heavy breathing coming from whoever the culprit was. You wished to open your eyes but fear refused to let you see whatever loomed above you.

"Finally I shall feel the warmth of your skin and the silken strands of your hair. Finally I can have you, my love" a strangled voice you couldn't recognise mused.

Constantine is a bratty switch (leans more bottom).

Overtime he is slowly able to manipulate his darlings dreams to cox them. He lays upon a perfect bed with merely the blankets to cover his body. Or maybe he's bathing by the lake when darling stumbles upon him.

"Don't be shy, It's only a dream" he'll tell them with a with a pursed smile on his lips as he motions them to join him.

"Don't you want to have a little fun?" He asks.

But do not fall for it! If they do he'll be able to try and fully tap into their subconscious, meaning he will be able to project himself into darlings mind even when they are awake. Meaning there is no longer any respite from him.

how does Constantine adjust to modern life?

Constantine in the modern day definitely has to adjust to everything. He's divided on how he feels about it. Part of it in wonder in all manner of things the other is the shock of politics and economic. How horribly some people are treated, and this is coming from the guy who spend his most of his wake as a slave to his aunt. Even fae court wasn't this sly.

This is very much an Ella enchanted situation where everything has been flipped on it's head for him. So don't be suprised if he messes around with things to understand. Even though the curse is lifted he'll be very frail and still very tired so he'll require help for more strenuous tasks.

Transport makes him sleepy. The rocking just luls him to sleep.

Lol I love the idea too.

He just shows up randomly every now and again and whispers in darlings ear. Then boom, straight to the nose. At first he's shocked, then he whines about the pain but after so many time he drops the act, smiling as blood is spilling profusely from his nose and mouth.

"Is this the kind of sick thing you're into?" He chuckles as he uses the blanket draped over him to wipe up the blood. It looks like it never happened when he pulls it away.

"You know you can't truely hurt me?" He asks as he sees darlings reaction. After all, all of this is just a dream.
