jonah and faith being best friends

First time I ever post art of ocs interacting.

part of the reason they shared the same class at some point despite the age difference is because Jonah was a 'gifted kid', he started school at a young age and got to skip a year or two. Faith however started school at a later age and got stuck in the same class for several years.(wasnt able to get passing grades 3 times in a row)

I made a new oc recently based somewhat on how i felt at the time, I was very anxious for a while and wanted to put it onto paper. then later refined the idea and turned her into a character.

Faith lives in the same apartment complex as Jonah but is a complete shut in. she only goes out at night to buy groceries sometimes. her favourite band is garbage and her favourite songs(the ones i listened to while drawing her) are "silence is golden" "when I grow up" and "as heaven is wide"(all by garbage)

she struggles severely with some stuff that happened to her when she was younger that I won't go into much but it causes her frequent panic attacks. She loves music and owns an electric bass that she sometimes practices on.

When it comes to social interactions she prefers to avoid them or freezes up completely. she has a stutter that gets worse when she's more nervous.

she and jonah get along decently and they'd actually known eachother before as they went to the same elementary school for a while before faith dropped out.

shes really unlucky, and often ends up tripping or dropping things on accident.

Extra note: Her teddybear 'patches' is best friends with Jonahs teddybear. they both have had these teddybears since elementary school.

design note: I designed her with a partially open vest because i thought it'd symbolize her inability to fully open up. only ever opening up in part before getting too scared to ever open up any more.
