headcanon + viera

I have to say I have been sitting on this one for a while simply because I have SO many headcanons I don't even know where to begin. Two of my main characters, Syrus and Zava are Viera from a custom village I made called Grimrost, and while it stands out individually, it still fits snugly and perfectly within lore because for my headcanon I have the huge belief that Viera are wildly varied.

Like with humans, Viera are as varied as their villages with some getting unique adaptions to their unique environments. For example, some have tails, some claws, some fangs, some have more fur while others have the opposite. Hell, even when it comes to clothing, I headcanon that their legs can develop differently where heels are more comfortable due to shorter calf muscles compared to others.

And probably my favorite headcanon is that Viera showcase their emotion through their ears just like real rabbits. Pay attention to their ears and you can see how angry or chilled they are, especially if they are not the type to use facial expressions.

Overall I love viera, I love their canon lore and original lore people come up with and I love seeing what everyone, including myself, comes up with because it all just fits into a bigger picture where we are creating this world. And maybe, if there is interest, I might share the lore I have made for my characters village and with it other bits and pieces?
