For the #OcarinaOfTheWeek, I wanted to share this plastic bass C ocarina from the South Korean maker, Zin. They make both clay and plastic ocarinas, some of which can be found on eBay in the west. Another example of varying classification systems between makers, you can see the TC on the nose of the ocarina, which stands for “Tenor C”, rather than bass C. This model also tends to play a bit sharp, even with shallow breath, but it can be modified by covering the sub-hole with a piece of tape.
