Last year, I survived sepsis and then almost bleeding out within two weeks of each other. For a little while I was going through the whole "why did I survive" thing. Then I kinda realized I'm here to love the universe and be loved. And I'm here to help people and have fun. I joined a search and rescue (for humans) team like I've wanted to for a decade. Life is full of little joys. I'm stronger than depression, sepsis, and severe bleeding 😎 and I'm gonna live my life with as much joy and love as I damn well please. I'm a survivor!

So I have a cat I named Wedge. And this boy, let me tell you. There is not a single thing happening in this cat's head. Absolutely nothing. He is a ball of fluff and love and zero IQ points. And I very much wish I had an x wing pilot jumpsuit to dress him in for Halloween.

I have a cat who had a terrible start to life. I've shown pictures of him before, his name is Biggs. I had to board him at his vet recently, which sucked because he despises his vet. But, he did well! For once, he didn't hurt anybody, and even asked for and accepted love from someone who worked there. He's never done that before. My baby's come so far and I'm so proud I wanna shout it from the rooftops
