I need assistance identifying an Occlupanid

I found this occlupanid while visiting family. I will only say where if I end up sending this to HORG, for privacy reasons.

(my kindle paper white used for scale) The tail of the occlupanid is very strongly affixed, and seems to be made of reinforced cardboard or cardstock, and has the texture of being waxed, too. I don’t know where it was originally found, as I swiped it off the counter, but I believe it was found on a bag containing potatoes.

is this a new species, or an old one
