so emma is kinda like natalie’s second mom, so I feel like she’d def know james!!!! honestly, I think she thinks that they are perfect for each other and she’s so happy for them and loves james a LOT and tbh she’s probably just kinda adopted him too smdh and bakes him cookies and makes sure he’s invited to all of the hughes/connors/walker family things <3

sooo stu is close with all the selznicks and i’m thinking that all the times there were shaw/selznick things happening, stu was probably also there?? he was definitely a participant in sasha’s plays (though very unwilling, haha) so he’s seen james in all kinds of ~roles, haha. and he might have also been present during james’s act of heroism? so these two are probably actually pretty good friends?? i could honestly see them getting along quite well. thoughts?

so seth doesn’t really like to get ~too involved in the love lives of his sisters because that’s just waaaaay too weird. but i think he really likes james and thinks he’s really good to natalie. and i think seth also enjoys his company?? AND THAT HE’S A HERO. tbh, seth probably asks him about it a lot, haha. so i could see these two actually being friends?? yeah?

VALERIE LOVES JAMES SO MUCH!!!!! her sister has been hurt a lot and I think that valerie actually trusts james w/ her sister’s heart like she hasn’t trusted anyone else b/f and she just wants them to be happy and idk that she knows how serious james is about her sister, but she’d be so happy about them getting together if natalie wanted that!!! 

anyway, I feel like they’ve known each other for a long time??? since the connors/selznicks have always been tight and valerie even dated his cousin, will, for awhile??? I feel like valerie has considered james family for a long time haha and she def leaves him food all the time and teases him about being a local hero but tbh she’s actually super proud of him/loves him for it

okay, so sean has a crush on sasha, but I feel like he'd be SO intimidated by james and tbh he really wants to ask sasha out, but part of him is also afraid that james will probably kill him. like it might just be on accident when they shake hands b/c james looks like he has the strength of an actual god ;DD

Jenn!!!!!! So I think that Ian would like James a lot and he’s probably known him for a long time, since he’s always been pretty close with the Connors and the Connors/Selznicks are neighbors/basically family and yeah James is a Selznick cousin ... anyway, when Ian used to date Natalie and has basically been in love with her his whole life, but they broke up and he still hasn’t quite moved on and when he finds out that she’s dating James, he’s gonna have a lot of mixed emotions, like equally jealous/really happy for them???? I think that Ian feels like he won’t ever be good enough for her, and he’s (accidentally) made her life a mess and that she deserves so much better, and that James looks like someone who actually does deserve her/will be able to give her her the life she wants. 

Anyway, all that being said, I feel like he’s pretty good at hiding his jealousy, b/c his happiness for Nat honestly trumps that, but I can see where he might be a little quiet/short with James sometimes, but for the most part, I think he’d seem pretty chill about the whole thing
