It’s rumored amongst the Inklings that Viso was one of the elite Octarian soliders. When he suddenly appeared in Inkopolis, he raised the ranks at a rapid speed, with skills that could be compared to an elite Octoling. It seems like he wouldn’t have wanted to leave his home though, so why did he move to the life of Inklings?
