Although Nanami would never understand what it was like to use a domain, he always did worry about some people when they had to use there. Personally, he would not want to get into a friend's domain, some scare him more and more he heard about it. But this man couldn't help but frown a little bit, as he walked over. Seeing the red that was around, he knew what the other stood for, and what he saw.

Nanami never judges a person on what they need to do, he has done far worse with his bare hands. But even so, the friendship they shared once always made him seem he had someone close enough to understand, but -- he knew he wasn't close enough to get the other to think clearly. yet here he was standing, walking closer to the other. Itches away from the other he places his hands on his hips.

"Are you happy with yourself? --- At what you did do? Did it make you feel better?" Nanami questioned as his eyes watched him throw his glasses. Personally, he wouldn't question it, but he watched the whole thing from afar, and personally, he didn't understand what was going threw the other head, it looked like straight murder, but he didn't hear what was going on in case he got caught in the cross-fire. a sigh left his lips.

" Wanna go find a place to relax before you fall over. It looks like you might end up doing that."

With a soft grunt, Yuuji hoisted himself up onto the wall. His feet skidded along it a couple of times trying to find support to fully climb over it, and once sat on top, at Higurama’s concerned question, the younger boy gave him a big thumbs up.

They had both felt cursed energy and seen trails leading to the back of the building whilst walking back, and then heard those very distinctive groans from the creatures they dealt with.

Thing was… The building was closed, of course. They had an upper hand with the element of surprise, but now they were trying to find a way in to quickly exorcise the curse and continue on their ways.

« It’s not breaking in if I don’t break anything, right ? » Technically ! It was for a greater good, anyway.

"I see you prescribe to the tedious notion that on time is late," Nanami pulls up a chair, nodding to the waiter for a water. He sighs, and sits down in front of the lawyer, leaning back in the diner chair to acknowledge him fully. "My lunch break may be cut short today, so I'll make full use of our 30 minutes," he offers the lawyer, his brow raising a hair at his friend's appearance. "I see you haven't been sleeping either," he comments, leaning forward on his elbows to lace his fingers.

Peering over his knuckles, he wonders how Higuruma is doing, hardly knowing the man, but enjoying the small escapes now and then to meet for lunch. They had met, as people tend to do, at a bar. The night hard worn on, and the glasses emptied, the air between them had shifted from mere acknowledgement to conversation. The lawyer, an empathetic ear, had listened to whatever vapid work he did in pursuit of money for a particular client, the compromises of the corporate world, and a shared musings of a particular oaked spirit. The lawyer was much more interesting, in Nanami's opinion, sharing the humble discourses of battle in the court room, the defender of something much more worthwhile than numbers on a computer screen. As the night progressed, the barriers between them dissolved. It was a meeting of tired souls seeking solace in shared experiences. And when they parted ways that night, the promise to meet again hung in the air, unspoken yet understood. In the present, the diner's ambiance was a far cry from the dimly lit bar, but the connection was just as it was. The salary man, reserved and stoic, finds the lawyer endearing as he sips his coffee. The eyebags and air of exhaustion on the lawyer was nothing new, but in the light of day, amidst the clatter of dishes and the hum of conversation, Nanami is thankful for the man. He had planned to nap in his cubicle, but this was a change of pace in the grinding monotony. "I'll take a coffee," he says to the waiter, pausing to watch the man pour from the carafe. He's going to need more than that. "Please leave us the thermos." The server looks at the two large men, hesitant, but politely obliges, refilling the lawyer's cup and leaves the carafe silently. The steaming black coffee a damn oasis as Nanami sips silently, staring over the menu.
