On a break to remind everyone of one of my favourite things about Carmelita-- she was in a girl gang during her junior high and part of her highschool years with two other girls, and they were well-known delinquents who frequently got in trouble through fighting. They actually all met each other in detention and bonded quite quickly as the troubled outcasts.

#off duty;#[ Carm was like....t h i s c l o s e to becoming a completely different person and going down a VERY dark path ]#[ but it's how she learned to fight and it's where she gets a lot of her no-nonsense violent tendencies hueuhrh ]#[ it was pretty sad considering all 3 of them were just...very misunderstood and in kind of awful circumstances ]#[ they just had no one who would listen to them and didn't have much support...so they found it in each other ]#[ and said to HECK with everyone else kfjgkhfg ]
