special interest is a term used specifically for autistic ppl but i'm p sure somethin similar can/does happen for folks w adhd?
yeah maybe it’s that? I might be using the term special interest wrong, I’m not super up to speed with all of this terminology, unfortunately. What I’m referring to when I say “special interest” is that I often form interests and then feel a really pressing need to infodump everything about that thing to my friends. Does that seem consistent with it?
Also wrt to stimming the behavior i feel might indicate that is that when i get really excited about something i flap my hands and sometimes tap or knock on my head repeatedly if I’m more excited than usual.
I hope I’m not being embarrassing and reading too much into things I do based on misconceptions about autism or anything...

acai berry: what is something you’ve always wanted to try but have been too scared to? Uhhhh I’ve always wanted to go to Japan, but after learning a bit more about it, i got a bit scared. And even though i’ve performed in a few school musical performances, i’m a bit scared to try that again.
