Mrs. Pepper is non-vocal when she’s really frustrated/angry, but you can tell when she is cause she goes dead silent and her looks could kill. Usually one word will be uttered, typically in Spanish, but otherwise she is silent.

I like the idea that when Mr. Pepper is frustrated/angry enough he switchs to speaking French or Italian. His accent will also get heavier if he’s frustrated.
