After a hard week working I decided to buy a bag of cat food for my cat - OBVS!! While in the queue, a woman behind asked if I had a cat. Why else would I be buying cat food right ? So being good with banter I told her "No, I don't have a cat, I'm starting my cat Food Diet again" and that I probably really shouldn't because the last time, I had ended up in hospital, in intensive care with IV's in both arms and tubes coming out of most orifices. But I had lost 3 stone in 4 Weeks! I told her that it was essentially the perfect diet and all you have to do is load your pockets with handfuls of dry cat food and simply eat one or two every time you feel peckish, I get the 'Complete' food as it is nutritionally balanced, so it works really well, and I decided I would give it another go. (I have to mention here practically everyone in the queue was now enthralled with my story) Horrified, she asked if I had ended up in intensive care because the cat food poisoned me. I told her "No, I stepped off a curb to torment a Cocker Spaniel and a lorry hit me. I thought the guy behind her was going to have a heart attack he was laughing so hard. Now that you've read this I have to confess, I stole it from another page! A lot has happened in the UK construction market in 2019, many long established companies have sadly gone bust, projects are taking longer, costs are running away with themselves at times. Are and do these extra costs get factored in on developments, I would say not with some or many companies. I hope 2020 is the year that our government gets behind and make offsite construction MMC compulsory so we can start to build more energy efficient and carbon friendly homes quicker, if you would like to discuss using a system that has got data behind it from the houses we have built then please feel free to reach out in the new year.
