secret santa !
happy holidays, remy! i took the liberty of looking at your ancestry, hope you don’t mind my nosiness. i really didn’t know what to get you, so i guess, me, snooping on your family tree could be the start of a friendship, eh? i thought you might have missed your hometown cuisine, so here are the beignets ( i bought them, so you don’t need to worry about food poisoning ), a card set ( purple seems to be your colour! i was thinking about getting an uno, maybe next time? ) also, who doesn’t love fuzzy socks? and lastly, i couldn’t track down the french version, but this ‘the little prince’ is almost the first edition. growing up it was one of my favourite books, and i guess it works well with your roots.
sorry for the delay on your present, glad to have you here.
best wishes,

Remy did his best to suppress the grin that was breaking out onto his face at the sight of each item. Every gift was so well thought out that he wondered if this Karen might’ve been a telepath. He’d have to ask later. An unfamiliar fuzzy feeling blooming in his chest, he pulled on the socks and popped a beignet into his mouth, almost moaning at the taste ( it tasted like home ).
