Slade threw a cautious eye to the man, with a steely expression across his face.❝THANKS. But I think I’ve GOT this…❞ He replied, underneath the weight lifting bar. He must’ve had one hundred pounds on each side of the bar, Slade couldn’t remember at this point how much he bench pressed, the weights came on and off, and they were all over the floor. The BLONDE man asking him to “spot” him, sounded like an insult. He was a super soldier, enhanced to a human’s peak condition. He could lift these weights with one hand, and lift another hundred pounds with the other, the guy didn’t know what he was talking about. Slade knew he didn’t need to go to the gym, between his experience in the military and his time as an assassin, added with the enhancements, Slade really didn’t need to exercise regularly or lift weights. But, simple routines like this made him feel normal. Helped him blend in to his environment, when he was everything but normal. Another way to keep the MADNESS at bay. He really didn’t want anyone spotting him, but since he asked nicely...❝Alright, BOY SCOUT, maybe I’ll let you spot me. But if you drop this, I’ll kill ya.❞ @ofvibraniumshields

“Seems like we’re gonna be stuck on this train for an extra three hours.”

icebreaker starters.

“Looks like you an’ me are about ta get real cosy, then.” Harley could think of better ways to be spending her time than being stuck on a train, but when life gives you lemons… squirt ‘em in peoples eyes. She leaned forward in her seat, her face now a couple of inches away from the stranger’s. “So, what’s ya name? What’s ya favourite song? D’ya like hyenas?” she asked, excitement sparkling in her eyes as she bit down on her lower lip. The train was empty, save for them, so he was her only source of entertainment. “Yer muscles are huge. D’ya think yer thighs could crack me like a walnut? Actually, don’t answer that. I’m married, an’ I don’t want ya ta get the wrong idea.” A loud laugh followed her words, and she patted his leg. “I’m Harley, by the way.”
