Man I know it’s the one song from Dear Wormwood that ALWAYS trends when all the others deserve attention too but I JUST LOVE SOLDIER POET KING ❤️ And in the context of the album it’s just even better!! The tone becomes relatively chill before it, and the duo of Pale White Horse and Where Is Your Rider before jumping right into SPK is SUCH a tone shift and it’s so FUN! Like heck yeah we’re getting ready! Things are about to change for the better! There will come a soldier and all that jazz! ESPECIALLY since Dear Wormwood comes after!! AND THAT’S THE BIG TURNING POINT! Like they just all lead into each other so well! I LOVE THIS ALBUM🥰
