The bell rang to switch classes, bidding the young girl a hasty retreat out of her boring history class. It was free period now, so she walked to her locker to switch out some books. A gentle pat on her back and feet shuffling caused her to turn, but there was no one there. Raising an eyebrow, she turned back to her locker. This time, giggles made her reach behind her back to where she had been touched. Indeed, there was a piece of paper there, and she grabbed it and pulled it forward.

Nanami sighed, staring at the note with a crudely drawn arrow aiming down at her rear, the words smack that written in red. Developing early, she had always gotten flack for it, and now was no different. Crumpling up the paper, she tossed it into her locker with the rest of the ones from that semester. Slamming the metal door shut with a clang, she rested her forehead against the cool surface. It was then that she noticed soft music coming from a room that was usually empty. Walking towards it, she hesitated to knock, instead turning the knob as quietly as she could and crossing the threshold.
