Trevor’s “I swallowed that nose ring in the 90s” selector scene has been BOTHERING ME FOR SO LONG cuz either 1. he swallowed someone else’s nose ring/piercing (LMAO??) or 2. he had a nose piercing when he was younger.

Like I’m just picturing little punk Trevor in his mid twenties with full unconventional weirdo attire: a bushy porn-stache, a shitty box-dyed mullet that wasn’t totally balding yet, stained tshirt and scuffed blue jeans ripped at the knees, revealing his slender, long legs underneath. Strolling around the trailer park in nothing except soiled undies with a glock tucked into the waistband and an ancient band tee he probably stole off of someone’s back, stretched out to the point of falling off of his broad shoulders. His leather combat boots were caked in blood, vomit and god knows what else, yet his most definable feature was still the single, gleaming white stud in his nostril that he had stabbed for himself.

He was so proud of himself too, striding into Michael’s trailer with a shit-eating grin on his face; wouldn’t shut up about it for weeks after he did it either.

He was devastated when he “lost” it after an alcohol-fuelled bar brawl. He felt as if he had lost his grip on the “punkiness” of his look—the punky, rebellious part of himself—even though he would never admit to missing a material object. Turns out, that part was with him all along.
