Hondo later would not admit that the door slamming shut just shy of his nose made him jump. Of course he wouldn't. But he would admit that he was not exactly happy about being trapped by the First Order and really who would blame him?
Hondo sat with false confidence in the chair. "The First Order is so sleek with their styling. And yet their interior decorating for their cell is lacking! Really I thought you would have much nicer accommodations here."
There was always something satisfying about someone following orders instead of putting up a struggle. It made things easier for the both of them, and while he had no qualms enforcing the will of the Order on others, he liked things to go smoothly. A small smirk curled the man’s lips under his helmet, but any outward tells were miniscule-- hands settling behind himself at a parade’s rest as he regarded the pirate.
“It’s a cell,” He offered flatly, head tilting just faintly, “It’s not supposed to be anything impressive.” It’s then Pyre walks closer, starting to circle around the weequey-- eyes sharp as they watched Hondo the entire time through the visor.
“Do you know why you’re here?”
