It's raining this morning at the Kenton/North Denver MAX stop, and there's a marijuana canister on the other side of the tracks.
As an Oregon voter, over 21, who doesn't drink or smoke weed, I'm asking Gov. Tina Kotek to contact Dr. Phil, and ask him about cannabis.
Dr. Phil McGraw is a bestselling author, TV host, podcaster, forensic analyst and friend of Oprah Winfrey, who knows how cannabis affects children, teens and adults.
Does Governor Tina Kotek, Salem, Oregon, smoke weed?
I don't know. I haven't asked her.
She doesn't smoke, but Oregon's budget likes the taxes.
