He was used to quick love, To the kind that came and burned every single house down, He didn’t even noticed anymore how those always took a part of him when they left. But he knew as fast as he met her that she wasn’t that kind of girl. And it wasn’t love at first sight, he didn’t have that kind of intentions when he met her. But he knew she was something else, she didn’t live her life fast and crazy. She was trustworthy and that’s what he needed at the moment.
The feeling that was teasing his insides now didn’t come suddenly. They built their bond slowly between the shy smiles and reassuring nods. He was used to physical contact being desperate and exclusive for pleasure and that’s why he was so confused when he started feeling the need to touch her skin just to feel it, just to feel its warm and its texture.
She was sweet she was bubbly but she was not to be messed around with. And the most important thing was that he knew everytime he looked into her eyes that she could see him for something more than what he saw himself and what everyone saw in him.
Theirs wasn’t a love that came easy, that came suddenly. And he never knew it could feel so right, cause for him romance had always felt wrong.
