Apparently Ezor and Zethrid ended up on some “soul searching” adventure the last time they encountered those maniacs, but Pidge wasn’t really buying it. She had no urge to try and make a stand as much as just stay away from them, so she wasn’t thrown back into their ship—feeling her armor dig into her skin while her legs dangle, and Ezor leers over her.

Pidge wasn’t just hesitant about them, but the company they kept, too. 

The Olkarian did raise her interest, though. Both in parts of her just feeling the most connection to the Olkari, and never really thinking that some of them would go off-planet for their own adventures. 

Olkarion wasn’t necessarily a hive-mind, but they were definitely close.

Which is why she found herself just staring at him; that is, at least from a safe 2′ radius. She’d make it wider, but they were in one of the main workshop spaces where lots of peoples were milling about—more than prepared to end any fights.

Still, Pidge thought he might be too busy messing with some busted tablets to notice her. Which is why she doesn’t really have any line prepared when he does.

“Oh, no, I– Uh. Just…” She ends up making some vague gesture towards him.

“Wanted to ask how you got into the whole pirate thing.”

  the guy who escaped from his cell because the atlas’ security is ‘low tech’? yeah, shiro’s a little more than just WARY of letting him anywhere near his arm. they’re on the same side now, and he trusts “tech” fin that fact, but he’s ALWAYS been careful about who he lets take a look at his prosthetics. it had taken him OVER A PHOEB to finally agree to let pidge near his galra tech one.

     “ depends on how IN-DEPTH this look we’re talking is. ”  he responds, expression impassive as he stares down the olkari, one eyebrow raising. “ i’m sure you’ll understand if i don’t fully believe any promises of no funny business. ”
