I can help you with spanish - so direct objects is when you do something to an object - in English for example, "the food" is the direct object in "he brings the food" - so in Spanish, that would be "él trae la comida" or "la trae" (direct object pronoun goes in front of verb). In English, an indirect object would be "to her" in the sentence "he runs to her" (so it's usually something with to right before it). In Spanish, that would be "él le corre a ella" or simply "le corre" hoped this helped
