When it comes to fashion in the Den of Magic it is a constant fashion show, everyone is showing off their flare, their colors if they belong to a particular gang, and since the Den is filled with bands, artists and creatives of all walks of life there is always someone with cool threads strutting around the Den.
Dani learned how to sew, patch and darn her own clothes from a young age. Her father couldn’t run a business and pay for Dani’s rough-and-tumble life when she ripped her shorts everyday getting into scraps or running through the sewers. Violeta often came home with clothes for Dani, jackets and shirts, and bolts of random clothe so Dani began to cut her own patterns. She thrifted and rescued pants, cutting them down to size and patching them over with band patches, other clothes. Dani, unlike many Beingfolk, runs cold. She has to stay layered, often in loose pants or straight leg jean that she can easily slip leggings on underneath along with thick wool socks. Like every Den citizen Dani is always in thick soled heeled boots to keep her feet clear of the sludge and water. Her shirts are usually large and loose, covered in band designs, art work or Dani paints it with bleach. But Dani often enjoys crop tops with fishnets or similar nylon beneath that have heating and anti-rip charms as well as fingerless gloves usually painted with runes. Rarely does she wear shorts, but normally they are flared around her thighs. Her jackets are often thick leather spelled against water and covered with pins, patches and paint or are a utility jacket that has been equally patched and darned. Both her pants and jackets have reinforced knees and elbows to prevent ripping and tearing. Everything she wears has pockets, except her shirts obviously.
Dani wears a ton of jewelry, wooden earrings, silver and gold chains, leather bracelets and collars along with rough-cut gems hung on leather thongs or silver chains. She has looped wooden beads and fashioned magic charms hanging off her belt loops and wrists. If there is something round and removable from Dani’s person it’s either a spelled item or it’s going to be a spell projectile. She is always wearing a strand of black beads, which are easily tugged off and can be infused with magic.
