Noticing the random woman, Jim ignored her at first before remembering Doc's advice on improving his social skills. The thought irritated him at times, but he knew he was right. After finding Treasure Planet and being admitted to the Interstellar Academy, the Captain assured him that he'd have to speak to a lot of other spacers... and get along with them. How lucky for him that he had such a short fuse. Over time it was improving, but not at the speedy pace everyone else wished to see.

The Ball ||@onceupondecember

Standing before the steps of the palace where everyone that was invited to the ball that would announce the return of the Grand Duchess, Andy was a bit surprised that he had even gotten one himself.

He had been careful to keep his location incognito and yet a royal guard had approached him out of the blue and handed him the paper.

Dressed in the same attire as he had been in nearly weeks ago at the theater, he walked up the steps. Some stared at him as he did look a bit unkempt so that he would blend with the lower class of Paris.

Reaching to the main hallway where the rich conversed with their equals, he began to look around. He couldn't believe that the so-called city of romance had such a beautiful place, archiving each structure piece in the Archives.
