Yo… it’s officially been one year since I made my first post.

So I’ve been on tumblr for a while but when I finally got the courage to make a few posts I 100% did not regret it. I’ve met so many cool people here and it’s been an even better experience than when I was just scrolling my feed. So here’s a couple thank you messages to my moots!

One Year! ♥

It’s bizarre to think that I’ve only been here for a little over a year now. As a few of you know, I’ve lurked on Livejournal for years with my grumpy Ravioli, then ended up following the masses over here when it eventually grew a bit desolate there. Honestly, though, it feels as though I’ve been here for far longer than that! 

The friendships and connections that I’ve made are beyond anything I could have ever expected. ♥ So many of you have become like family to me, and frankly, I wonder how I’ve done without. xo

HIIIIII BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE

SO MY BLOG IS OFFICIALLY ONE YEAR OLD TODAY!! I only started posting at the end of November I think but hey, I've been here for a year now and I feel like it's been so much more. So I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on here for making me happy and for making this a fun place and for understanding my craziness when it comes to One Direction and Harry! I've met some really cool and nice people on here and I'm so happy I decided to join! Thank you!! I really do love you all so much! Even if we never talked, I appreciate and love every single one of you.

That being said, little update on my life because today's a good day so far and I'm happy. I took my last exam today so I'll have a few days to rest until my last semester of uni EVER starts on Monday. Today I also learned that I passed two of the exams I took a few weeks ago so that's good. And the most amazing thing! I booked my place at Oxford for next year early this morning so I'll be in England in less than a year if nothing goes wrong.

Today marks one year since this blog has been open!!!

yep! december 15 is my blog's birthday! im so happy! ive come a long way, and in one year i gotten 312 followers! thank you all sooooo much and i love every single one of you! hey, those followers since the beginning? remember my first post? i believe it was the picture i made of sebastian or ciel...i believe, i know it was a black butler one...right? heh heh, its been awhile, huh? well anyways, that you all sooooo much!

i've been in the simblr community for a little over a year now and i'm writing this to thank everyone for support and lovely messages this last year. i want to say a massive thankyou to kate for helping me when i didn't know anything, with things like poseplayer. i'm a proud member of the simblr community :) <3

Today is Crane & Canopy's first birthday! One year ago today we launched a company seeking to change the way people think about high-quality home decor. By cutting out the middleman, we are able to sell designer bedding at a fraction of the cost. It has been one amazing year with so many milestones, surprises, and celebrations; and we can't wait to see what the year ahead will bring us. Today, our team is reflecting on some of our favorite memories from this past year.

“Wow, it definitely does not feel like an entire year has gone by! It is so hard to choose my favorite moment, so I will pick two.  The first was when our office had a warehouse cleaning 80’s dress-up day.  Our Co-Founders’ costumes were hilariously unforgettable. The second was when I ran into a friend-of-a-friend and she, having absolutely no idea where I work, told me about Crane & Canopy, her new favorite bedding company that I must check out.  I was so proud of our team in that moment.” – Ashley G.

"I can't believe it's been a year already! I think my favorite memory was going to The Design Bloggers Conference! It was such a fun time and so many memories - my favorite being our photo booth fun!" - Courtney P.

“Working for Crane & Canopy has been so amazing - there is never a dull moment at the office! One of my favorite memories from this past year was when we were featured on the Today Show. It was so fun to watch the rush of traffic come in as each time zone viewed the show. That was such an exciting (and busy) day!” – Laura C.

“I loved the company field trip that we took to the family-run lavender farm where we source our lavender products from.  We walked in the lavender fields and saw the lavender being harvested, ate delicious salads and sandwiches with lavender lemonade and iced tea, and had a chance to observe the distilling process used to extract the essential oils.  It was just a wonderful, magical (and fragrant!) way to spend the day with my coworkers.” – Lynn W.
