A Startling Introduction

Honestly, Masha wasn’t usually this spaced-out while walking. But today seemed to be an exception for many things. Including bumping into another person that she normally would’ve had no problems avoiding.

What this also meant is that she startled herself back into reality, dropping the things she was carrying, and possible causing the other person to do so as well. She wasn’t really sure if they had been carrying anything when she did bump into them.

“I- Shoot, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to bump into you!” She gasps, half-instinctively taking a bit of a step back “Are- Are you alright?”

Steph, very loudly while vampire Nick is in the next room: "Oh man I sure hope no hot vampire comes into my room and takes my delicious blood and also does sex with me."

Le vampire smiled from the next room. His girlfriend was a nerd. With a casual swiftness Nick was in the doorway of the other room, “You know, with talk like that I’m starting to think you want me.” A grin. With the fangs out.

They could probably argue about who lived who more, but its difficult to compare two infinities.

They were, as the kids said these days, hashtag goals. And it seemed both of them were basically pleased as tits about it.

They snuggles and smooch so hard it seems they might just fuse into one single entity.

It was all so pure and sweet that if anyone could see them, they’d immediately look away so as to not happy cry at how sweet it all was. Just look at all those good feelings. And Nick couldn’t say he didn’t like that feeling. In fact, he loved the feeling. And he loved her. A lot.

Cue kisses all over his face. She likes him too. Just a bit.

Oh, he has an adorable happy smile on his face. A real smile. He is hugging her close. He feels very cuddly.

"Awww you liiiike me."

Cue the really fond heart eyes. “I really do.” And she gets a kiss.

"I won't do it but. Have you ever been changing something's oil and it spills onto your hand through? Its one of my favorite feelings."

“I haven’t actually experienced that feeling. At least I don’t remember it if I have. I’ve changed oil in a car before, I just don’t remember ever taking a moment to really feel it if something spilled on me, y’know? But I imagine it feels interesting.”

There is something corrupt in the programing of the current helmstroll, faulty wires and emotions left unstable cause frequent malfunctions, forcing Stefph to be on standby with 'fixes'. She would connect to the other troll, patch up the code with her own, quell emotions in a more traditional sense. But she too became infected. And her burst of malfunctions and emotions​ are not contained. She is free.

The Highblood hates hypocrisy and respects bodily autonomy. That is true. The Highblood believes in a system that evokes compulsory volunteering and does not think too hard about the helmstrolls. This is both true, and not ideal. 

However, it means too that he does not use his voodoos to force the helmstrolls back into their previous patterns of thought, save those times they tried to send the ship and everyone on it into the sun. It means he will reason with them, or try to, despite their radically different base assumptions. 

It means he’s currently stuck on the ceiling, screaming down at the screaming Stefph.
