The Mob Psycho Fan Book: Once more, from the top!
Having gone back and completed all those profiles I skipped, I've now returned to the very beginning of the book and will keep translating more or less in order. (Unless someone has a specific request--then I'll translate that first 😘 The fan book begins with a gallery of ONE-sensei's color illustrations, along with fan art and praise from other manga artists. I think it's easy to look at ONE's art and think, "Oh, this guy doesn't have any natural artistic talent" (and indeed, many people have said exactly that), but I disagree. I adore his expressive character designs, his compositions, his excellent sense of visual comedy, and how his style is immediately recognizable. It also has a lo-fi, underground, sort of punk rock quality to it that I find immensely appealing.
