This was the “main event” of the show in 2016.  At this point in time, Koenigseggs were still exceedingly rare in the United States, with just a handful of them scattered around the country.  For any Koenigsegg to be at this show would have been special, but for a One:1, of which there are only 6, to be there was unreal!  This remains the only One:1 in North America, and very rarely ventures beyond the property of Lake Forest Sports Cars.  The car was taken out on public roads for it’s first and only extended drive in 2020, and had The Stradman as a passenger, the video can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdI0qNPUMCQ

This car remains on display at Lake Forest Sports Cars along with a lineup of equally impressive hypercars.  This was the first of many, many times that I saw this car, and was spotted at the Lake Forest Concours in 2016
