You're never gunna convince me Sanji is an actual danger to women because the enemy literally lured him in by STAGING A SEXUAL ASSAULT. He heard a woman scraming "PLEASE STOP" and came RUNNING. They KNEW he would come to her aid & they used that AGAINST him.

Most actual people wouldn't even bother checking the situation. Most people would actually just cover their ears and go about their day, but not Sanji.
