So as a nonbinary person, I've always hated that damned "Prefix" box on forms, because there's no choice for me (there's Mr, Ms, Mrs, Dr, and so on, but nothing gender-neutral unless you earn yourself a fricken doctorate)
And then today, for the first time ever, I saw Mx as a choice on a form! I mean, I knew Mx existed in theory, because I've seen posts about it and read articles about it but I never actually saw it on a form that I, personally, was filling out before. So for me, this was the first time in my life I could actually select it!
AND IT WAS TO EMAIL THE WHITE HOUSE
I may not agree with many of Biden's policies but I am sure fucking glad it's him in the White House, and not that other asshole, who banned trans people from the military with a tweet.

2. Sell education and experience again in cover letter
3. Fill out education and experience again again online
4. Fill out education and experience again again again on paper before interview
5. Explain education and experience again again again again in interview(s)
6. Burn education and experience into the underside of the hiring manager’s bed and scream until morning
