Guy was born and raised in Halifax County, Virginia; a young, hardworking African American woman of God, a mother to a 17-year-old boy, and a kindhearted soul who gives back to her community. As a child, Ebony grew up looking up to her Grandmother, Mrs. Cora Tucker, an activist of Halifax County, Virginia. Inspired by Tucker, she ultimately chose a career of service, helping residents throughout Southside Virginia. Ebony says the turning point in her life was (then Senator) Obama's presidential campaign in 2008. She would go on to work on President Obama's second campaign and other local, state, and federal political campaigns. Ebony also served the Fifth Congressional District as a caseworker for former Congressman Tom Perriello. Ebony has transitioned to work on local and statewide issues that directly affect her home, the city of Danville, and her hometown of Halifax County. Through a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, Virginia Organizing, Ebony is one of several community leaders and she serves on the organization's Governing Board. Ebony is also a fellow with Virginia's chapter of New Leaders Council class of 2021. Ebony B. Guy is a trailblazer, making her mark through her work in service, and in her new endeavor as a film producer for the Cora Tucker documentary entitled “On the Battlefield”. Jamaar was on another contract. The organization reported that there was a monster somewhere in the forest. He was tasked with dealing with it. He may have no love for the people he worked for, but the pay was good.  He made his way to the forest that the monster was reported to be in by air.

He landed in the dense forest, drawing his bokken off of his back.  It was then he noticed that he was not alone. He turned around to see that a woman had seen him land. “Miss, you may  want to find your way out of this forest. It’s about to get very dangerous.” He warned.
