My newest painting.. "Touch of Divinity" (18" x 24") Glow in the dark and black light reactive!

I really wanted to paint something a bit bigger and more complex than usual as a challenge! So I finally came up with this. I'm also going to do something I almost *never* do - talk a little bit about its meaning. 😱

I've been taking a deep dive back into spirituality recently, now that I'm at a point where I feel comfortable/confident doing so. I've always felt drawn to the occult, spirits, etc and am finally giving it some serious effort.

So this piece is about the connection between the material and the spiritual. About breaching the gap and realizing they go hand in hand. That if you genuinely reach out, something reaches back. No matter what you believe in, you're right. In the grand scheme of things, we are each a grain of sand, but simultaneously every grain is important and divine, simply because it exists.
