     It’s not EVERY NIGHT that Jesse Pinkman decides to pay Ninety-Nine a visit. Usually it’s when he’s in need of more dope, OCCASIONALLY to check up on her, see how she’s doing, PRY as much from her as he can before she shoves him out and tells him to NEVER COME BACK. She has a fear of being known by others. Jesse understands. He’s not here to KNOW HER. Not this time. He just needs someone there who can match his tolerance level. Someone who isn’t going to ask QUESTIONS. 

     The stress of his occupation is becoming too much for him. It’s obvious -- the DEEP-SET circles beneath his bloodshot eyes, the stubble he refuses to shave, the way his entire body seems to SAG under an unseen WEIGHT. He can’t sleep, he can’t eat. All he can do is get HIGH and try to forget what he’s done -- forget Jane, forget Gale, forget all of it. 

     “Yo,” He calls out into the darkness, the embers of the cigarette in his mouth bouncing with each word. Holds up a black plastic bag, which CLINKS with the sound of two full glass bottles. Handles, to be exact. 3.5 liters of liquor in total. “You gonna get FUCKED UP with me, or what?”
