Gonna start with this bad boy since my holiday/valentine ramble is a bit longer ANYWAYS
A little food for thought; Albert and his shitty "after care", licking Vance's tears off his cheeks after al is done with him for the night, Al licking/kissing the blood off vance's lips either from a bloody nose or vance biting to hard on his lip to suppress any whimper or cry he might try and let out(cus like hell is he gonna give al the satisfaction of hearing him) oh and al kissing Vance's bloody knuckles all better just to taunt him,, vance spits blood and saliva out at Al as a "thank you" for making him "feel better" (vance is really, pissed but way to hurt and tired to do much more)

Vance, exhausted, defeated. Sore, and tired. He doesn’t bite or scratch or hit when Al kisses him, and in Al’s book, that’s a win— even if Vance isn’t kissing back. He tells Vance he did good, he’s such a good boy, stroking his hair. Vance’s expression sours and he spits a fat glob of bloody saliva back into Albert’s face. He recoils.
His expression darkens. For a second, Albert thinks about the belt.
But Vance really was a good boy. He wipes the ick off his face and mask and cradles Vance’s head to his chest.
